  Came in, bought a PRE PAID card, no problem taking my cash but card doesn't work. Now I have to stand here for a half hour until manager gets back from lunch. Only person in store who knows how to refund and reissue a card???!???

  Horrible customer-service from The pharmacist. I had my doc call my refill early due to vacation travel. He- the pharmacist- literally argued with me about when I called to get my refill done, saying he wouldn't fill it early because I told him I didn't need it early. which didn't make sense. Why have my doc call unnecessarily? One day before I'm sure to leave out of the country. 3 times I found duplicate charges on my debit card. Those each took 5-6 days and a ridiculous amount of calls to refund properly. I read these reviews and thought people were being dramatic....lol they're not .Luckily there is another Rite Aid not too far out the way and they're already 10 times better than these freaking people .Do not go here. You will be upset and you will be mad that you didn't listen to these First
