Very pushy with adding packages after declining politely multiple times I say I will leave if he continues the salesman stuff, he laughs sarcastically and continues typing away then pushes direct tv on my father. I left the store and switched to Sprint, have never been so frustrated by a kid before, absolutely unprofessional with no customer service qualities. Will never return to AT&T, not after that experience.
